Education System in UK

In UK education system is classified under the following categories such as:
"o" Level - Senior Secondary School
"A" Level - Higher Secondary School (2 Years)
Bachelor Degree – Duration 3years
Master Degree - Duration 1year
P.H.D / Doctorate - Duration 3years

Students are generally admitted in two intakes. It is advisable to choose your admission year and apply for the colleges prior 4 weeks of its deadline. This way university gets enough time to analyze your application and proceed further. Undergraduate admission applications are mostly done through UCAS and for post-graduation online and paper applications are used depending upon Universities. Tuition Fee depends upon the college and Universities, though it can approximately range from GBP 7,000 to GBP 30,000. Depending upon student standards, living cost do vary however; an estimated amount of GBP 800 to GBP 1,000 can be considered for living in UK.

Entry Requirements

Students need to meet minimum academic criteria so that they can be applying to UK University or college. GRE score is a mandatory requirement along with this student has to prove their English proficiency through TOEFL/IELTS scores. Some specialized courses require work experience in order to be eligible for the admission.

Work Opportunity
